Resume Match Studio Privacy Policy
Resume Match Studio is a PanGalactic browser workspace for comparing resume text against target roles, job descriptions, pipeline stages, role notes, match scores, action plans, and exported application packets. The product publisher and privacy contact is PanGalactic at valentinojavi94@gmail.com.
The app can access only resume text, role names, company names, job descriptions, keyword notes, saved board state, generated reports, and exports that you type, paste, import, save, copy, or download in the app. It does not require a PanGalactic account and does not ask for email inbox, hiring platform, or cloud drive credentials.
The data is used to process the comparison requested by the user: rendering the live role board, calculating match evidence, identifying keyword gaps, checking parser/recruiter guardrails, preparing action plans, and creating user-initiated JSON, CSV, Markdown, or copy exports. It is not used for automated hiring decisions or unrelated profiling.
The current workspace, theme choice, and surface choice may be stored in browser local storage on this device so the board can reopen. You can clear roles, reset the board, remove browser site data, or delete exported files from your chosen storage location.
Resume Match Studio runs in the browser security context of the installed PWA or hosted page. The app does not intentionally upload resume or job text to PanGalactic servers. Microsoft Store, browser, operating system, hosting infrastructure, and email providers may process data only when you use those separate services.
PanGalactic does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your resume text, job descriptions, board state, or generated packets to third parties. If you contact support, avoid sending private resume or employer details unless you intentionally choose to include them for troubleshooting.
