Include the app name, browser, operating system, whether you are using the installed Microsoft Store app or the web PWA, and the exact role-board action, score, guardrail, or export state that failed.

Useful support details include whether the issue happened before or after generating a match packet, which export mattered, and whether the board state was newly entered or reopened from local storage. Do not send private resume or job text unless you intentionally choose to share it.

For privacy requests, ask how to clear local workspace data, remove browser site data, or delete exported files from your own device.
